He never enforced it,like i said i have family and friends who worked/lived their nearly 40 years. They are not Arab or Muslim,they consisted of American,Irish and Spanish.Never once were they ordered to leave or any possessions seized. You are claiming ALL westerners were expelled when in fact they never actually expelled all nor seized possessions. You are going by a mere statement? he made that was not carried out. That isn't true,the Italians have been one of his biggest trade partners.I know and have friends and family who have been? living in Libya since before 1970 until present time.The oil fields in Libya have always been dominate oil producers for western countries and their companies would house workers in Libya unaffected.As for Jews,i wouldn't doubt what you are saying. Westerners? You are so incorrect because western countries were ones sending contractors and teachers in Libya
